A homemade lasagna (or other prepped meal)

After I had major hip surgery, someone ordered about 5 ready made meals for me to heat up. It was the best! Might I recommend making a lasagna for your friend? (Bonus if its made in a disposable tray so she doesn’t have to do clean up).
